Personal Training Services

I have taught group fitness, and been involved in fitness education most of my life.  I’m certified as a Personal Trainer, 200 RYT Yoga Instructor, 500 Hour Master Yoga Candidate, Group Fitness, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Postural Exercise Professional and many other trainings.  At this time, I offer yoga and 1:1 functional training services.

I’m a huge believer in being a lifelong learner and strive to keep educating myself so that I can best serve your changing needs throughout life.

If you’re new to strength training, or you’re already trying but don’t really know what to do, I highly encourage you to try some 1:1 training.  It will help you work out safer, more efficiently and give you the confidence to make real progress.

I suggest clients start with 5 sessions.  This will give you a nice introduction to weight training safely.  You may choose to continue on as you see the difference working with an educated trainer can make.  If you’ve never done training, 30 minutes may be long enough.  I normally start with a 1 hour session and then we decide together what makes the most sense for you.

1 – 30 minute 1:1 session           $ 45.00     (1:2 option for $ 55)

5-30 minute 1:1 sessions          $ 205.00   (1:2 option for $225)

1 – 45 minute 1:1 session           $  60.00   (1:2 option for $ 70)

5 – 45 minute 1:1 sessions        $ 275.00  (1:2 option for $295)

1 – 60 minute 1:1 session            $  75.00  (1:2 option for $ 85)

5-60 minute 1:1 sessions           $ 340.00 (1:2 option for $360)
