I’m a highly motivated Yoga and Fitness Trainer.  I started with personal training and everything was about strength.  I later understood how important it was to balance out my workout routine for lifelong health, stress management and endurance.  I have come to love yoga and the positive impact in can make in a person’s life.  I have been studying and teaching yoga for over 15 years and see myself doing this for many years to come.

  My specialty area is with those over 50 years of age that are facing challenges with faulty movement patterns.  I incorporate 1:1, and small group yoga classes to help you live more comfortably in your body.  I can teach you how to strengthen and stretch your body, while also educating you on healthier ways of eating to give you more energy and reduce health risk factors.  I want you to be able to do the things that matter to you as long as you live.   I will not tell you what you “should do”, but will rather help your set goals that you’re ready to go after with some help and accountability.

If you’re new to yoga  I highly encourage you to start with my 5 Session Introductory  package offered 1:1.  Over 5 weeks of 30  minute sessions you will learn the main components of a yoga class, and learn how to modify for your particular physical limitations.  You will have a much greater understanding of what yoga is about and how it can greatly benefit you.  Each week I will modify what we do based on your response to the last session.  It’s all about you and making you comfortable on your mat.

I also offer  45 minute and 60-minute sessions if you’d like to dive deeper into yoga.
